PRIZE

One black PlayStation Vita OLED with 512GB storage, a black Pro Grip Case, the Accessory Pack, and a USB-C Adapter. Approximate retail value: $404.95 USD.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On or about November 2, 2026, SumoShopStore LLC selects one potential winner at random from all eligible purchase and mail-in entries received by their respective deadlines. The prize is awarded regardless of the number of entries received. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY

We contact the potential winner using the email supplied with the entry. The potential winner must respond within three business days and provide requested proof of age and residence within seven days of notification. We may select an alternate at random if the person is ineligible, declines, cannot be contacted, or misses these deadlines. We announce the confirmed winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state on the giveaway page. SumoShopStore pays standard shipping to the winner’s eligible US address. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. No payment is required to claim the prize.

ENTRY VALIDATION

Provide accurate contact information and follow the entry instructions. Fraudulent submissions, automated abuse, or interference with the giveaway may result in disqualification. Entries must be submitted by the named individual. Do not submit on another person’s behalf or use automated entry services. SumoShopStore may request information needed to resolve duplicate identities or verify eligibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Entering constitutes acceptance of these rules. SumoShopStore administers the promotion and resolves eligibility and entry disputes subject to applicable law. Technical faults, postal delays, or an entrant’s incorrect information do not create a right to an additional prize. If fraud or a major disruption prevents fair administration, SumoShopStore may suspend the affected activity and award the prize fairly from the unaffected eligible entries, subject to applicable law. Low sales alone do not cancel the prize.

The prize cannot be transferred before award or exchanged for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, SumoShopStore may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. These rules do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital posters are downloadable files, not physical products. Download links expire after seven days. Digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

PRIVACY

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and arrange prize delivery. See our Privacy Policy.
