RETURN POLICY
At SumoShopStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us here to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once you receive the RA#, please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and write the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided with the RA#.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) was damaged or defective upon receipt.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- The item must be the same item originally purchased, and must be in the same condition as originally received.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or digital items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been damaged by the customer
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sumoshopstore.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy.
