Overall experience was good. The initial shipping was a bit slow (almost two weeks), but it was coming off of the Chinese New Year. Customer service was super friendly and easily responsive. Order arrived as expected and had lots of accessories and to help personalize the device – I even put the piranha plant one on my Keychain. Device was in good shape sans the rubber on one of the sticks coming off, but some thumbcaps I had fixed that easily. Tons of setup was already done and saved an immense amount of time. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered the PSVita 1000 model. Arrived earlier than expected and was well packed. The system is in good shape, the OLED screen looks very nice. The 256GB memory card is located in the game card slot so that tripped me up at first but after reinserting and rebooting the system everything that was pre-installed loaded up. The whole system shell is in very good condition, like new I’d say, has some plastic covering the back and was quite satisfying to peel off. Very cool
