RETURN POLICY
At SumoShopStore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet our return criteria. Please note that returns for remorseful purchases are not permitted.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us here to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once you receive the RA#, please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and write the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided with the RA#.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) was damaged or defective upon receipt. This policy does not apply to customers outside the USA and Canada, who will need to arrange their own return shipping.
Once we successfully complete the refund transaction, the credit is immediately applied to the buyer's credit card. However, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on the buyer's credit card statement, depending on the processing time of the buyer's bank.

Please Note
- The item must be the same item originally purchased, and must be in the same condition as originally received.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or digital items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been damaged by the customer
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sumoshopstore.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy.
