🧵 ProductionYour order is in production. Our team is carefully preparing your items to meet our quality standards. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for shipment. This phase typically takes 2–4 business days.
 🔎 QC (Quality Control)Your order is undergoing quality control checks. Our quality control team is reviewing your order to ensure it meets our standards. This phase typically takes 1–3 business days.
📦 PackingYour order is being packed and prepared for dispatch from our facility. Our logistics team is carefully packaging your order before handing it over to the delivery courier. This phase typically takes 1–2 business days.
🚚 Shipped

Your order has been shipped! Your items have left our facility and are on their way to you. They typically take 5–7 business days for delivery. A tracking number is provided to monitor your shipment’s progress. If no tracking number is displayed, the courier has not yet shared one with us—please check back in 1–2 business days. 

🇺🇸 USA Customers: Due to ongoing tariff situation, your USPS tracking number may not show any update for 5-7 business days due to our shipping method. Rest assured your item is on the way!  🇺🇸

✏️ ModifyYour order is being modified. We are processing your requested changes. If you have any additional questions or updates, please contact our support team.
🔁 ReplaceWe are replacing your item(s). A replacement is being prepared for shipment due to a defect, damage, or another issue. You will be updated as soon as it’s ready.
📮 ReshipYour order is being reshipped. We’re resending your order due to a delivery issue. A new tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
⚠️ IssueThere’s an issue with your order. We’ve encountered a problem—such as missing information or stock issues—and our team is working to resolve it. We may reach out to you if further action is required.
